A competitive income potential of $ 90,000 to $110,000 per year comprised of a base salary, commission, and bonuses.
- Bonus opportunities for $7,000 to $10,000 extra per year based on clinic productivity, recruitment, and meeting clinic goals.

- Fully licensed mental health professional (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) valid in Missouri.
- Certified (or willingness to be certified) to supervise pre-licensed therapists in our clinic
- A passion for marketing and outreach in the community and in building strong referral relationships
- Strong networking and communication skills
- Experience in online social media marketing including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Google Business page, etc.
- Solid experience in supervising licensed and provisional clinicians
- Strong working knowledge of state requirements regulating mental health practice
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and changing environment
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications
- A great sense of humor won't hurt - we love to laugh!
- Staff supervision and consultation to review productivity, caseload, and clinical documentation
- Marketing through digital and social media
- Community Outreach and Networking to establish and develop strong referral sources through community functions & events, regular calls, drop-ins, etc.
- Monitoring the billery functions, clinician scheduling and client retention.
- Recruitment as needed
- Orientation presentation and training of new team members
- Managing staff performance and holding them compassionately accountable to meeting performance expectations.
- Provide training, staff development and administrative oversight of the clinic.
- Oversee twice monthly peer consultation groups to ensure clinical excellence and alignment with best practices.
- Maintaining a reasonable clinical caseload.
- Monitor and manage clinic schedule and productivity through data reports and KPI indicators.
- Participate in Ellie Clinic Director Peer Consult Group.

This model often results in little creativity and lower compensation for employees, promoting a work culture that just makes people feel “blah.”
